Geology Colloquium

The Department currently sponsors several seminar series and professional workshops throughout the semester. The official Department Colloquium is held in Thaw Hall, room 11 every Thursday from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Refreshments start at 3:45 pm in 219 SRCC. This is an official Departmental course requirement (GEOL-1015/2015) for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Location & Directions

The Department of Geology & Planetary Science main office is located in the Space Research Coordination Center (SRCC, Room 200), along with faculty and graduate student offices, laboratories, and classrooms. A few offices, labs and classrooms are located in adjacent Thaw Hall, which is directly connected to SRCC.
